The MCAD EVOC training trailer, which was funded through a grant from the Missouri Coalition of Roadway Safety. Our instructors will be putting on the EVOC (Emergency Vehicle Operations Course) three times a year in various locations for EMS, police, and fire personnel in the North Central region.
